My life: A brief summary

...See more It's never going to end. 8 years old you started it. It wasn't just me either, but I denied it when they asked. Drink one. Are you still doing it? A few months later, and now it was your turn. Week after week, month after month, year after year until middle school was over. Drinking and drugs made me forget. Believe me, I never wanted the cops involved. They didn't do anything anyway, except force me into a life of fear. High school, almost over, and now you took your chance. You thought I was a few years younger at first, but as soon as you found out I was 17, you hatched your plan. You will kill me if I say anything. So I don't. More fear. More drinking. More drugs. A few years later, and now it was college. So you took your turn. I only know you did because of the condition you left me in - bruised, exposed, and infected. The humiliation is too much this time. No substance will help me. No friendly faces to be found. You left me an empty shell. Who's next?

...See more Hi. I'm intuitiveTriangle3708. I need help. I know I need help. But I don't know what to tackle first...should I go chronologically? If so, start with the oldest or the newest? Should I attempt to prioritize my problems? I feel like I belong in a bunch of these communities. I don't know. It's all overwhelming. How did you decide where to start? I'm glad I found this site. I can't go back to what I will call "traditional counseling" again. At least not right now. I'm sorry, I'm really not sure what I'm supposed to say. Thank you for reading.
