...See more Hello. I don’t have a substance addiction but I do have love/relationship addiction. I am having such a hard time leaving my controlling and manipulative boyfriend bc of feelings of being extremely isolated. And he’s trying to get me to move to him. He’s the only texts in my phone. And when I saw him last he got physical. I feel very ideation related and so so alone like he’s my only option. He never accepts my breakups. Help me. I feel so low esteem about myself bc I’m not telling anyone I’m stilll talking to him and I hate myself bc I’m obsessed with him and he hurts me sm.

...See more Hi everyone. Last October I met a rlly amazing guy while I was living abroad for 3 months and we had a rlly amazing time. We continued to date long distance since I’ve come home to the USA — and I had plans to go see him , but I kept learning new things. And a few times he yelled at me and called me names , I cancelled my flight 5 times. I’m such a mess bc I still haven’t ended things bc I am attached to him, but I think it’s a trauma bond, but it’s just too hard. He is weird and secretive.
