...See more i used to be anorexic and i was extremely underweight and now i eat and i feel hopeless in my body i’ve gained weight and i’ve trapped myself home, i get panic attacks when someone sees me from my school or family members since everyone is so quick to judge me. my family members constantly look at me eating and always ask me to not eat that and always tell me to go workout . i get that they probably care about me but i’m not overweight i’m a "medium" . i just feel like shit most of the time, they ask me why i don’t go out and socialise when the reason behind that is them always body shaming me…
