...See more Hey there, I'm a massive over thinker and it can really bring me down. I can't be alone for too long otherwise this happens and being stuck inside most if the time because of lockdown is really making it difficult for me. Any tips on what I can do to maybe distract myself from it, or absolutely anything that may help. Anything will be appreciated :)

...See more Hi, I'm Isaac and I'm 16 years old. I've been in many bad places before and made many bad decisions. I suffer from anxiety and depression, and because of this I've turned to self harm, drinking and drugs. I've complety shut myself off from the world and lost many friends along the way. The distance between me and my parents is too big. The problem that I have is I keep all my problems to myself and and damage myself even more. I can't explain the feeling that I'm feeling. I feel so empty inside and it's like there's a hole inside me that I don't know how to fill. I am looking to try and overcome this no matter how long it takes. I need someone who can guide me and always be there for me. Thank you fro listening :)

...See more I've been in bad places before and made many bad decisions. It took me over a year to escape the from the way I felt. I've been doing fine but recently I keep on revisiting those bad places and I'm scared that I'm going go back to my old ways and make the same bad decisions...
