...See more Hi, Im Isabelle and Im 17. For a few years now Ive had problems with eating. When I was around 14 or 15, I started obsessively dieting and ended up developing bulimia so my mom brought me to a therapist to help me work through it. I tried to develop a healthier mindset with eating but now I constantly binge eat and its starting to affect my health and self esteem. I hate going to social events or even meeting up with my friends makes me anxious because I feel disgusted with myself. Does anyone have any advice for working through this?
