Got second covid shot, have anxiety

...See more Hey, first post here. So I got my second covid shot today. Within about 8 hours got hit with some intense chills, fever, fatigue, etc. Unintended side effect has been a raised heart rate. Without getting to far into it heart rate is one of the major contributors to my anxiety. I'm not quite to panic attack territory, but as we all probably know, chest pressure, and heart stuff is really uncomfortable. I know logically nothing is wrong and my heart can handle way more than this, but I just cant shake the back of the head feeling that something is wrong. I'm hoping that writing all this out helps to distract my dumb brain. Thanks!
