...See more Hello, Recently, for the past 2 years, I've been facing issues with finding motivation and focus on school work. This may be because of my mental health but this is beginning to scare me. Up till before the pandemic, I was a straight A student with everything neary 95+. Now my grades are near failing. I want to change this as soon as possible and wanted to ask for advice on how I can change this. Distractions is one issue I have identified that keeps me from getting work done and I think I can act on that, but for focus, I really do not what to do. Same goes for motivation.
