Anxious of feeling anxious

...See more I seem to be stuck in an endless loop of irrational fear. I had a few really dizzy spells about 3 months back which led to me worrying something was wrong. I then had a big panic attack, which left me feeling highly anxious even it had passed. I'm now feeling panicky and edge all the time despite having nothing to really worry me. I wake up and within minutes just feel scared and I don't know why. I'm on antidepressants, I just want to return to feeling calm and relaxed. Any advice?
