...See more Hi im a collge a student and over the break of my first semester I had a depressive episode due to personal reasons. It was pretty bad I couldn't eat or sleep and it slowly turned into overeating and overconsumption of screen time. Since ive been back at ive felt a lot better. I still have thoughts and my bad days but ive been feeling pretty good. Ive kinda sought out closure for my personal issues and I think thats contributed to it. But I still feel like I should seek out to the counseling services my school has. Im just kind of anxious of taking that first step. I feel better but I know there is going to be a time or possibility that I wont be again. If you have any advice much would be appreciated.
