...See more Hey all! Ive delt with depression my whole life and Im just trying to find ways to head it off before it gets to be more than I can handle. Id have to say my last episode has been my worst so far...I dont want to go back there. If anyone has any ideas on how to develope a routine please msg me. I suck at routine but I know that structure helps me stay on a more even path emotionally.
