...See more Hey everyone! I really could use some help and understanding right now. One day, I woke up with a horrible feeling. It was constant thought that I did not love my boyfriend. I knew good and well, I loved my boyfriend. But I couldn’t get it out of my head. I began to get very anxious about it. And I felt like I was going crazy. This has never happened to me. All of sudden, I was crying every single day, I’m not wanting to hangout with friends (even though I force myself), and I just felt sad. I found myself over examining my boyfriend and every time I did it, I felt more sad. Now, I was drinking water everyday, and doing exercise for like 3 weeks before all of this happened. When I stopped, I’m now getting depression symptoms. Has this happened to anyone before? If so, how did it stop???
