...See more i feel very bad. everytime i try to lift myself up i keep falling back in my misery. i try to have a good mindset, i try to do all the things you are supposed to do and that are supposed to happen and yes, maybe they work for like a day or two but everytime the smallest trigger appears i fall all the way back from where i started. i know i should keep trying and i want to save myself, but i cant escape it. and my parents dont understand it, like i tried to open up today with them and they told me its not real. im tired of feeling like a dissapointment and to be anxious all the time and to be negative and to not be able to open up with my friends. everybody i try to be myself with pushes me away. and i know they were not the right people but im just tired of living like this.
