I’m lost right now to which way to turn...... I suffer Anxiety to the point I over think everything - like every little thing... it’s hard right! Looking to find some Amazing people here to help guide me out of this nightmare and give me better perspective on my life!

...See more Hi All... firstly thanks for reading... I'm a little lost at what to do so looking for some outside perspective! ive been seeing a woman for the last few months, going great we really like each other... then couple weeks ago she messaged me to say I deserve to be with someone who can make time for me, treat me the way I deserve and she was only half into the relationship and the other half was worrying about how she wasn't all in and how awful that is for me...... This amazing woman has divulged she has depression and although really likes me feels she can't cope in a relationship and all she can offer me is friendship clearly the stress of being in a relationship is too much for her.... I've given her space across the last couple weeks but I miss her, like really miss her, I want to reach out but don't know how as to not cause her more stress.... I want to be there for her in any capacity I can.... I certainly don't want any pressure put on her but really want her to know I'm here, I want to support her etc.. I suffer Anxiety and I'm highly functional - so over think absolutely everything from conversations, to text messages, to what have I find to out this lovely lady off... I'm at war with myself at the moment... Any guidance would be hugely appreciated... I'm in turmoil...
