how do i deal with my own insecurities in a relationship

...See more last december my semi long distance girlfriend of 2 1/2 years broke up with me because i wasn't meeting her expectations and i ended up causing her to be anxious about to our relationship. we broke up for about a month and that entire month i reevaluated my actions and way of thinking throughout the relationship and tried to win her back which ended up working and things have been amazing ever since. it's as if we fell in love all over again. but now i'm going through a period of depression and anxiety because i'm so burnt out of school and covid . my lack of ability to see her and any of my friends has surfaced a lot of insecurities and issues with my self worth. i often feel as if i'm constantly trying to win her back and that any mistake i make will lead to her breaking up with me. i know it's irrational and i know it's unfair to her for me to think that way but i just don't know how to escape the fear of her leaving me again. and i often feel like i love her more than she'll ever love me which i know isn't true. she's a student at a prestigious university and i understand that she has commitments and a social life but i end up taking things personally whenever we can't talk about things. how do i address this?
