Little background:  

I am currently a senior at a university looking for an opportunity to do an internship within this online counseling hotline. I have been looking for a minimum of 100 hour service, which I am fully committed into pursuing. I am hispanic male from, wanting to give others the chance to be heard either emotionally, mentally, and through the right choices of words when they are looking for advice. I also am an active listener already here at the university. I have been within different psychology classes learning the way to interpret people's feelings and cope with their emotions. I am a helper at heart and would like to demonstrate those actions as well.
