...See more There has been multiple occasions where I would lay down on my bed wide awake, I can't sleep because I spend to much time thinking about the worst possible incomes I get so much fear and anxiety and my boyfriend will always help me calm down but it's never enough.. He tells me I'm going to be okay and that he is here but is he actually? Will he stay by my side or am I just overthinking these things? I don't know how to stop myself from thinking these things so much stress I'm putting myself in and the amount I cry is just so much sometimes I can cry for hours just getting anxious about these things how do I stop overthinking so much? I want to smile but I find no reason to do so.
