Hi, I will be graduating with a Master of Social Work degree for Denver University online in November. I am certified as an equine specialist through EAGALA (Equine Assisted Growth And Learning Association). I have a certification in applied animal behavior and a B.S. in Psychology. We live in a rural area on a ranch but I once lived in the big city and a bad neighborhood.
Along with evidence based methods, I love mindfulness, meditation, and all kinds of alternative resources for healing. I'm for you and for myself to learn to be a more effective listener.
