...See more I have been doing self harm since a very young age...This are the things I do:- 1) Cutting 2) Consuming aerosol deodorant 3) Slapping myself 4) Drinking glass cleaner like Colin 5) Using incense sticks to put burn marks on wrist These are the only ways I know how to express myself... ...See more Hi. I am 19. I have been doing self harm since I was young. I never express myself to anybody or nobody really cares to understand. I have used multiple methods to self harm and it is my go to method to express myself and it is like I want to punish myself and doing self harm is the way to do that. How can I stop this?
