I have been doing self harm since a very young age...This are the things I do:-

1) Cutting

2) Consuming aerosol deodorant

3) Slapping myself

4) Drinking glass cleaner like Colin

5) Using incense sticks to put burn marks on wrist

These are the only ways I know how to express myself... What to do?

I'm sorry you feel so stuck in destructive behaviour.

I would say talk to a therapist, it won't help right away, and will likely make you feel worse at first but I say this from experience, a good therapist will help

Hey there! There's something called as safe self harm. You can google it. When the urge is too strong, please use rubber bands or something else that might help. You can't stop it at once, but take small baby steps, it'll surely become better.

Also, if this is coming from sef hatred or some other situation, you cn try finding out the triggers. This will take time but you'll surely get better :)

Yeah, I see you. I have too been stuck in such situations where I didn't know what was causing the hatred, but don't you worry! Just try to question yourself. For me, it was often coming from how I wanted myself to be, but turns out it was not me who had built the definitions. It was how I grew up, and it's totally normal! You'll eventually find a way
