Tips on How to Maneuver Living with Your Ex?

...See more My ex broke up with me the weekend before Valentine's Day. We currently live together with a third roommate (my childhood ffriend). We signed a 12-month lease on October 26th 2019 and are stuck in it until this upcoming October. I feel like this will really damage my healing process. Some days, I feel fine and other days it's very hard to be around him. I limit our conversations to only logistics or talks about our dog, who we coparent. This feels like a divorce. We still watch tv together sometimes but I guess there are things I wonder about that I can't ask him anymore because we're no longer together. Does anyone have tips on how to handle this situation? All three of us need each other to pay rent and our names are tied to the lease.
