...See more I joined this free yoga session in the morning and it was SO relaxing and refreshing. I didn't sleep the whole night, I was basically a nervous wreck.  Turns out breathing and meditation helps?? I thought you were all lying! I feel so much better. Had to get some external motivation from a friend but it worked! I'm so glad I went :D
