Hi there! I'm Kris- I've actually been a listener on here before but completely forgot my account details!
I've been through my fair share of mental health issues, but recovered 3 years ago and it's been mainly smooth sailing ever since. I've learnt a lot since then and I've always felt that if I never use the experience and knowledge that I gained from all I went through, then it would have all been for nothing.
