...See more Thinking about it, even when I was a little kid, I was always, anxious, shy, nervous, basically not confident. Now that I’m an adult, I feel it’s worse. It’s ok for kids to be shy and nervous, but adults who are nervous are looked at as weird. I’m constantly anxious and worried, even though nothing bad is happening. Not that I would want anything bad to happen, but if it did, part of me might be relieved, as I would be able to tell myself, I knew it / I’m not crazy. Sometimes I think I’m going to lose it and have a breakdown.
