...See more Hello. I am a 43 year old female from Melbourne, Australia and I was diagnosed over 10 years ago. I have been on AD for the whole time and although I still have bouts of the 'blues' every few months, overall I am doing okay. I think I would like to no longer be on this medication, I am not sure how I would deal with life without the tablets. I am not a fan of taking unnecessary chemicals but scared at the same time to stand on my own 2 feet. The worst part of the way I feel is the sheer emptiness.
