I'm currently a nursing student, very much interested in mental health. I've struggled several times through my share of major depressive episodes and anxiety attacks. Through the help of friends, family, and professional help and most importantly through my own determination, I have risen above and truly have a heart for those struggling with any hardship. As my name suggests, I firmly believe in living your own truth and caring for yourself first so that you can flourish and positively impact others.
