...See more I'm very angry and so many things. Trying to change my diet. Trying sleeping more. Trying books and video games. Trying 7-cups. I just talked to my therapist 2/13/20 and maybe it's time to go call her again. Trying to do everything else first before burdening her with another appointment. Trying to resolve things myself. It's defenitely depression and a lack of feeling desire or joy for everything. Combined with anger for all injustice in the world. From people manipulating to the amount of added sugar found in just about everything, to engineer addiction to products. HAAALP ;_; :( :( :(
