I feel insane

...See more I recently went through a really rough break up and had incredibly dark thoughts and didn't want to continue. I ended up creating a big lie so that I could contact my partner again. It was wrong and I feel terrible and guilty. The lie was so elaborate I am even starting to believe it myself. I feel absolutely crazy but it was the only thing I could think of doing to survive. I feel so lost and hopeless.

...See more After a recent loss and major change in my life I feel utterly hopeless and lost. Everyone says time heals but each day feels harder than the last. I cannot picture a happy life or future no matter which road I take and it's exhausting and feels like an endless loop. I'm scared and feel so alone and I'm just so tired of fighting day after day

...See more Hello, I am new here. My boyfriend of 6 years ended things. I know most people experience a breakup in life, but the grief I feel is catastrophic. I don't know how to move on and the thought of him with someone else is a pain I've never experienced before. Everyone says it will get easier but each day is feeling harder.
