...See more whenever i want to eat something , i just end up eating the whole thing, id eat a whole pizza and i would still be not full enough and i would eat a full cake after it, i try to limit my portions soooooo much and i exercise but i dont know i feel like i never have control in what i eat, no matter how much i try i always binge at the end
