...See more For me, it's things like not being able to concentrate, always needing something to hold or fidget with, or getting overwhelmed by too many thoughts at once. I also catch myself doing random movements, like sitting in weird positions without even noticing. It’s not that I’m trying to be different — my body and brain just don’t always want to stay still. Sometimes people misunderstand these behaviors or think I’m just being lazy or distracted on purpose. But the truth is, my brain works differently, and that comes with both challenges and unique strengths. If you’re someone who deals with this too — I see you. It’s not easy, but we’re figuring it out, one step at a time.
