Hi there everybody! My name's Alberto and since some time I started offering holistic coaching mostly through my website (fragmentsoflife.net). Before officially starting I had a years long experience with different practices and methods, which I find being deeply interrelated with my holistic coaching.

At some point, I really felt like, that this was meant to be for me and therefrom decided to leave my past job and carrier behind and start anew. In many cases I worked for free, often as a volunteer and there one of the the biggest gift I received has often been the changing light and brightness of expression in my "coachee's" eyes. Even now, although now I'm earning something from it, this is still one of the biggest joys for me... seeing just thorough my coachee's eyes, often times even without words, that now a door has suddenly opened itself and a way, which couldn't have been seen before, it's standing shining in from of them.

Something like this touches me very deeply and that's part of the reason why I decided to see how it all works here on 7 Cups.
