...See more Hi, I often find my headspace somewhere else no matter where I am. I never feel like I am actually experiencing things I just kind of there. If I am out and about I tend to get agitated and annoyed because of how tired I get even if I am trying to be happy and have a desire to enjoy what it is i’m doing. I cant feel much anymore but I really want to. It’s so hard to go in public and see everyone happy and enjoying life and I want to but I simply do not know how to feel that happiness anymore despite how much I try and just trying makes me more tired & irritable to try to understand what causes people to feel so happy. I miss living does anyone know how to regain my lost emotions?
