...See more I’m a women, which makes this feel harder to talk about because tbh I don’t even know where to start to stop this, I was raised in a Christian household which have led me never to want to get help but atp I know I need it because I want to change for my mental wellbeing. I known people who have tried and tried and all they do is do other things to cover it up but the reality is that that’s not healthy so I want help and although this my first time talking about this I want to grow from this.
