Hi! I am a 3rd-year college student studying psychology and music! I am incredibly passionate about the mental health and wellness of each of us, and really love hearing about all of our individual journeys through the world (and the ups and downs of this!). I have personally experienced depression, anxiety, and chronic pain, and also know a lot about student life and managing self-esteem, emotions and loneliness on a college campus. Additionally, I am very interested in consent/sex education and advocacy for survivors of sexual assault or harassment. However, I am here to listen to you regardless of what you may be dealing with, and am committed to showing you compassion, care, and empathy.
