Is it a bad decision to be honest about your feelings?

...See more Me and my partner are having issues now. What happened was, I told her what I’m currently feeling due to her sudden changes which she is not really aware. She’s dealing with her personal issues with her new discovered peers. I am not aware that there’s so much going on with her life right now which she only discovered through that new support group. So I told her that I envy those people because she makes time to talk to them. I feel like she’s happier when talking to them compared to me. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not against her having new group, new friends, new peers. But isn’t unfair that while you are working on yourself, You set aside the person that’s been there for a long time? I just felt sad that I didn’t knew those things that she shared to her new friends, new group. We are still talking because we want to work things out. But it’s just sad that we’re both cold on each other. I know that she’s still processing all the things I said to her. I just feel guilty. I’m trying my best to support her. I just thought that, maybe, it would be better If I keep all those feelings to myself and never opened up to her. :(
