65 and feeling so sad and alone

...See more I'm a 65 year old widow who lost her husband 18 years ago to cancer. I have worked hard to raise my two children. Now my adult daughter who has been chronically ill for a decade is suffering from mental health issues and also my 93 years old father lives with us. I am retired and struggling mentally, financially and physically trying to take care of everyone. No one takes care of me...not even myself. I'm so sad all the time and lonely and thinking my life will never get better. Thanks for letting me vent and taking time to read this.
