65 and feeling so sad and alone

I'm a 65 year old widow who lost her husband 18 years ago to cancer. I have worked hard to raise my two children. Now my adult daughter who has been chronically ill for a decade is suffering from mental health issues and also my 93 years old father lives with us. I am retired and struggling mentally, financially and physically trying to take care of everyone. No one takes care of me...not even myself. I'm so sad all the time and lonely and thinking my life will never get better. Thanks for letting me vent and taking time to read this.

It's already difficult to take care of ourselves at times, so I understand how taking care of multiple people like you're doing is challenging and tiring. Would it be possible to reach to someone for help ? An association, a governmental aid, or an acquaintance , to have some help in the daily tasks or a mental support ?

Is there anything you liked, even before, that would be possible to take time for yourself as well ?
Like reading a little, before sleeping maybe, a tv show or movies you like that you can watch even when doing something else.

You're not alone, maybe far in the world, but people can read and hear you

Thank you. Even sharing this (which is difficult for me) feels like a big step.
