First and foremost I am a wife and a mother! I’m 43, I have 4 kids. They range in age from 18-14. I am here to find listening ears to help me deal with my narcissistic ex husband..he has mentally and emotionally abused me for 20yrs…since we were juniors in high school. I’ve recently stood up to him and since things have become unbearable at times. I suffer from PTSD, ADHD, Anxiety and a panic disorder..I also think I may be autistic as well.
