...See more hi, everyone. i'm thirty five but i still live at home with my parents, as i have a lot of mental and physical issues that really prevent me from being on my own. my parents went away on vacation last week and i've been going through major anxiety, i was really struggling even before they left and then i got worse after they left. i'm awake at 4:16am because of a panic attack, now i'm laying awake stressing about everything instead of going back to sleep. i suffer from depression, anxiety, germ-centric OCD and panic attacks, as well as physical health issues that have gotten worse (i'm not eating among other things). i'm really struggling trying to get stable and shift into living mode instead of survival mode - where all i'm doing are basic human function tasks and nothing else. i have no faith in myself and i can't make decisions on my own. i'm hanging on by a thread without my parents here.
