...See more Hello everyone. I have a problem occurs to me very frequently and I would like your thoughts on this. I am always worried or anxious that someone close to me will die. I imagine such scenarios in my head and I get panic and out of control sometimes. I even lose sleep some days because of these thoughts. Does anyone else has similar thoughts or experience?? How do I manage this?
