...See more Was smoking weed + tobacco out of my bong many many times everyday for years. A few weeks sober now. Is it normal to feel super depressed and lost? I'm hoping over time I can feel happy again. The gym is helping a lot, trying to sweat as much as I can. Clean the lungs and toxins but getting to the gym is a struggle and to push myself. I'm hoping someone went through this. I just wanna know how long it'll take for the depression and feeling like I wanna lay in bed all day almost to go away. Although I can only lay in bed for about half the day now I get too bored with whatever I'm doing. Super hard to feel interested in the same things I was when I was high. How long to feel happy again and normal?
