...See more Has it ever happened to you to feel anxious, especially because of the heat, and to feel sick when you’re outside your home? This has been happening to me for the past few days and I don’t know how to deal with it. I often feel dizzy because of anxiety, and I prefer staying at home. How can I overcome this?
