Anxiety....
Has it ever happened to you to feel anxious, especially because of the heat, and to feel sick when you’re outside your home? This has been happening to me for the past few days and I don’t know how to deal with it. I often feel dizzy because of anxiety, and I prefer staying at home. How can I overcome this?

I get what you mean, and you're not alone. I've had pretty bad anxiety in the past, and it definitely does feel worse with the heat--but trust me, anxiety can definitely be overcome.
Do you know if there's something specific causing your anxiety outside your house? Sometimes I found that I was feeling anxious about specific situations, like school, but other times my anxiety seemed to have no observable cause at all. I know anxiety can feel super scary, but I would usually feel a lot better when I could at least identify that I was experiencing anxiety, what kind of anxiety I had (general or specific), and what was causing it, if I was able to.
In any case, when my anxiety was bad, I practiced a ton of deep breathing and focused a lot on my breaths. It helped distract me from my anxiety, and was part of how I eventually overcame it. If you're comfortable, you can also try some breathing exercises like box breathing, I highly recommend it.
I can't fix your problems, but I do know that 7 Cups also offers a lot of support for anxiety. For example, I think this anxiety guide would be pretty helpful since it details a lot of what you're feeling and how to overcome it.
Also, have you sought out any other support, other than 7 Cups? If not, you could consider reaching out to others, if you're comfortable doing so, because I found that the more support I had, the better I felt.
Again, just remember that you're not alone. Anxiety is definitely scary, and I'm so proud of you for being strong and trying to overcome it. I wish you the best of luck, and feel free to reach out again for any kind of support <3
