...See more i have social anxiety to the extent of meeting people in person. when i can hide behind social media, or a text message, i can be myself and it doesn't bother me. but when i meet people in person i completely shut down. im nothing like the real me. i completely lose my train of thought and how to act. it's extremely embarrassing and only makes me feel worse. does anyone have any tips on how to get over that?
