...See more I have characteristics about myself that I desire/need to change. These characteristics were passed down to me through learned behavior from my parents, and they have ultimately impacted my relationship. I agree that they need to change, and I want to be better for my SO. How do you go about remaining positive while making drastic changes to yourself for the better? I’ve been watching some TED talks amongst other things, but I’m looking for maybe some more real-life experience and advice from people on here
