...See more I’ve been struggling with my eating knowingly since November. I’ve had symptoms in the past that were ignored. I starve myself frequently, and when i do eat i feel so much guilt and shame. I sometimes purge too. I honestly feel so lost and helpless. I cant talk to my family which also means i cant go to a doctor to get diagnosed. I’ve been trying my best to just ignore my issues but there is not a day where i don’t overthink about what i’m eating. I became obsessed with reading calories and logging what i eat in a day.
