Overwhelming sense of dread going out and dealing with humans

...See more Why is it that every time i go out it's overwhelming to the point where i feel like the people are staring at me and too close? I hate going out and dealing with people but i hate being stuck indoors all the time. Just thinking about going out has it's own issues because who knows what could happen out there. I wouldn't classify it as a phobia, cuz i can handle going outside, but it's definitely affecting my life to the point where i feel like I'm going insane trying to battle the thoughts in my mind just to go and interact with humans. I just wish I could be normal so to speak.
