Car accident anxiety

...See more Just a story/ventI got into a car accident. My insurance is agreeing that I'm not at fault but the guy that hit me is determined to blame me for the accident. I listed what happened and I went through it so many times in my head and I couldn't have avoided the crash. I couldn't have predicted the other drivers choices and the way he described what happened is physically impossible... But part of me blames myself. I can't tell the insurance that and I know it's not very true. But my anxiety after any situation like this... Is if could have avoided it and didn't I'm an idiot. And if I couldn't have avoided it then I admit it was out of my control My anxiety goes past the line of this thing could happen again. Cars are dangerous. But I feel like it's guaranteed to happen. If I can't stop it it'll keep happening... I can still drive but I can't drive with confidence. I question my every move ...
