...See more hi, i have a lot of relationship PTSD due to my cheating ex. mom currently now with an amazing man but i find myself having major panic attacks and anxiety and PTSD from the abuse of my past. what are some ways I can get over this? it’s hurting us both even though he’s been so great…i can see it
