...See more I know the way that I am is the cause of a lot of *** I've dealt with in the past with my parents but I can't seem to break free from the cycle and casually being verbally abusive/abusive in general to the man I love and want to spend the rest of my life with. I feel lost in a cycle of wondering why I'm like this and not knowing where to start to fix things. I know I need therapy but I can't afford it right now. I've tried to look for other resources but I've always been afraid to be vulnerable. but today, has been the worst day in a while and I might lose my soul mate because of this. If there are any listeners or members that want to chat with me and possibly give me advices on how to tackle this first hand, please do. I want to be better.
