Hi, I am a student and mother living in California. I am pursing a degree in nursing. My hobbies have included mediation and yoga for about a decade and I have always been very interested in mental health as well as personal growth. From a young age I've experienced my fair share of heart ache, depression, and loss. I feel that I've found some helpful coping mechanisms and would love to help other find that peace themselves. Above all else, sometimes all someone needs is somebody to listen who truly cares, and that is why I'm here.
